Returns & Refunds

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please review all product information carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or damaged goods

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess your claim and where a major failure is confirmed, offer your choice of a full refund or replacement. Where a minor failure is confirmed, we reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Opened products

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened products unless the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Proof of purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Gift orders

All Cellulaé orders are packaged with care and are suitable for gifting. If you would like a personalised gift message included with your order, add your message at checkout. No pricing information is included in any shipment — invoices are sent by email only.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for all orders. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Undelivered or returned orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Batana Oil — cold-pressed from the fruit of the American palm — carries a dense profile of sterols and essential fatty acids documented for supporting skin regeneration and barrier integrity, integrating with the skin's own lipid architecture rather than sitting on the surface. Bovine tallow, selected for a lipid profile that closely mirrors the composition of human sebum, works alongside it — the skin recognises it as biologically analogous and integrates it with corresponding efficiency. Together they stop transepidermal water loss and keep the tissue supple through the full overnight window. Apricot Kernel Oil — light, fast-absorbing, high in oleic acid — completes the carrier system and ensures efficient delivery of the oil-phase actives into the tissue.

Nigella Sativa Seed Oil is documented for potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity through its thymoquinone content, operating at the membrane level to directly reduce inflammatory signalling in stressed skin. CoQ10 — ubiquinone — inhibits tyrosinase activity directly, suppresses MITF expression through the cAMP-mediated CREB signalling cascade, and inhibits IL-1α production — one of the primary inflammatory signals that drives excess melanin production. It has additionally been shown to increase elastin gene expression in dermal fibroblasts. Its role in this formula is direct and specific.

Bakuchiol — extracted from the babchi plant — supports controlled skin cell renewal and regulates the proteins governing melanin production at source: tyrosinase, TRP-1, and TRP-2, reducing melanin volume in the tissue while repair is active.
