Returns & Refunds

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please review all product information carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or damaged goods

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess your claim and where a major failure is confirmed, offer your choice of a full refund or replacement. Where a minor failure is confirmed, we reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Opened products

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened products unless the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Proof of purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Gift orders

All Cellulaé orders are packaged with care and are suitable for gifting. If you would like a personalised gift message included with your order, add your message at checkout. No pricing information is included in any shipment — invoices are sent by email only.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for all orders. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Undelivered or returned orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

A water-based active serum developed for skin in recovery. Applied first, it delivers its full active complex directly into the tissue while the skin is most receptive.

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice forms the formula base — chosen for its documented anti-inflammatory and skin-calming properties, carrying every active that follows within it. A concentrated Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract powder, rich in acemannan, deepens absorption of the active complex into the tissue.

Matrixyl — Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 and Hexapeptide-12 — is one of the most studied peptide complexes in professional skincare, documented for activating fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin, and instructing them to rebuild the skin matrix in an organised, even pattern. Centella Asiatica amplifies that signal through a separate biological pathway — its active constituents asiaticoside, madecassoside, and asiatic acid directly promote collagen synthesis, accelerate tissue repair, and suppress inflammatory signalling, backed by three thousand years of documented wound-healing application and a substantial modern clinical research base. Methylsulfonylmethane — MSM — supplies the organic sulphur that keratin, collagen, and elastin require as a structural building block, while simultaneously enhancing penetration of every other active in the formula.
